塞瓦斯-帕里利亚（Sebas Parrilla）
这位阿根廷籍助教是阿隆索的左右手，在阿隆索停赛或者缺席时会临时带班。自从阿隆索在皇马青年队执教时便开始追随他。
阿尔贝托-恩西纳斯（Alberto Encinas）
恩西纳斯现年43岁，出生于加泰罗尼亚，现任勒沃库森顺位第三的助理教练，2018年时来到巴萨任职，担任过巴萨B队主帅皮米恩塔的助教。2021年加入勒沃库森担任一线队助理教练。
伊斯梅尔-卡门福特-洛佩斯（Ismael Camenforte López）
洛佩斯现年40岁，可以说是教练组的全能型人才，目前身兼体能教练、战术组教练双重角色，他早年曾在巴萨B队、纽约城、丹麦俱乐部任职。2021年加入勒沃库森，他也将成为皇马全新教练团队的重要一员。
